By accessing or using the Bedronic website at bedronic.com or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services. These terms are governed by the laws of India.

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Product images are for illustrative purposes; actual products may vary slightly in appearance. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel an order and issue a full refund.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that the information you provide is accurate and complete. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and other methods available on the Razorpay platform. Your order is confirmed only upon successful payment.

We deliver across India through our logistics partner, Delhivery. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are indicative only. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. Free delivery is offered on all orders. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery.

We offer a 100-night sleep trial on all mattresses. If you are not satisfied within 100 nights of delivery, contact us to arrange a return and full refund. The mattress must be in a clean, undamaged condition. Return shipping will be arranged at no cost to you. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of the returned product being received and inspected.

Our mattresses come with a manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty periods vary by product (up to 20 years for the Natura Pro). The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, or staining. To make a warranty claim, contact us with proof of purchase.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Bedronic or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bedronic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product.

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Vellore, Tamil Nadu.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
